Under pressure

On this final, my group was the first to present. We had to present the model and the individual developments of the house. Katixia presented the model, which was just gorgeous, but I can't show you because my compute won't let me up load any pictures.

Now to the individual works. The members of my group are, obviously me, Katixia, Enya and Moshy. Enya got told that the matrix should show a little bit more the effect it had on the inside of the house but that her idea was good. Moshy got told that the room in the ,middle needed to have a direct access, and that his matrix was not really that useful fro design. Katixia was told that perhaps she should have chosen a different front for the house that it would make her space a bit more comfortable. And I got told that the matrix was pretty good but that I should have added a third floor, that worked as a terrace and that the indoor gardens should be more accessible to the public since I had them pretty private.

The next group was the Spa, composed of Alondra, Cely, Jennifer y Edalisse. For Edalisse's critic I honestly don't remember anything at all so I will move on to Jennifer's, she was told that she should have worked more with ramps instead of stairs and that the front did not reflect the division of private and public space. Alondra was told that she should have incorporated the main element that defined her house in the matrix and that she should have made better use of the public space. Cely was told that she should make certain areas more transparent and that her skylights could have different heights, or difference themselves from one another.

The last group is the restaurant composed of Carlos, Luli, William and Julian. Carlos couldn't go so I got nothing on him. William I remember that he made it into a casino/bar situation, but I don't remember the critic and Julian was told that he should engage the skylights more, make them part of the show and to make a "recorrido" that is more spacious.

The reason fro the title has very little to do with the critic it self a a lot more to do with how difficult it was to get everything done, the stupid details were killing us and they took forever to make, I have to admit that it turned out beautiful, but still.
